Kids Yoga is Yoga for children in the age of 6-12. Kids Yoga is a natural and healthy way for children to exercise, play, relax, focus, and strengthen their mind, body, and spirit connection. It includes simple animated postures of Hatha Yoga, basic stretching exercises, Yoga games, simple breathing exercises, deep relaxation, Mantra singing, story-telling, Yoga philosophy, and also drawing. |

YogaYatra offers the following Kids Yoga programs at Schools: 
- 1 hour Yoga sessions as an in-school program
- 1 hour Yoga sessions as lunch time program
- 1-2 hours Yoga sessions as an after-school extended day service
- Example: YogaYatra launched Kids Yoga after-school classes for children of group 3, 4, and 5 (age 6-9) at the primary schools De Pool, De Parel, and De Oostelijke Eilanden in Amsterdam. Click here for pictures.
